Until you press Accept on the banner, this site sets no cookies and makes no request to any analytics or advertising company. That is not a turn of phrase: the analytics script is not downloaded at all.
What we store without asking
One thing: your answer to the cookie banner, kept in your browser's
local storage under the key mm-consent, so we do not ask
again on every page. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device,
and it holds a single word, either granted or denied.

We use analytics to see which pages bring people to the apartment, whether the neighbourhood guide is doing any work, mostly. IP addresses are anonymised, and we do not run advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies of any kind.
Booking takes you to Lodgify
Our booking engine runs on checkout.lodgify.com. Once you are there you are on Lodgify's site, under Lodgify's cookie policy. If you have accepted analytics here, our measurement follows the click across so we can tell how many enquiries turn into stays. It records the journey, not what you type into the checkout.
Changing your mind
Press the button below to reopen the banner and choose again. You can also clear site data in your browser, which removes both the stored answer and any analytics cookie.
